Education Finance Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the discovery process and opportunity evaluation, leveraging expertise in sector and product to enhance new features and improvements.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams to influence product decisions, from initial concepts to detailed specifications.

• Develop in-depth knowledge across the product suite and assist in cross-team initiatives such as benchmarking.

• Lead pre-sales and discovery sessions, customizing demonstrations to meet the specific needs of prospects.

• Manage the demo database effectively.

• Facilitate sales enablement through training, practice sessions, and the creation of relevant materials.

• Provide in-depth product insights for tender submissions.

• Represent the Product team at customer events, sales meetings, user groups, and regional activities.

• Create engaging content such as blogs, webinars, feature explanations, product updates, customer success stories, and demo videos.

• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Offer product expertise regarding customer success, implementation, and support inquiries.

• Promote best practices for implementation and configuration processes.

• Share intelligence on competitors, sectors, and customers across the organization.

• Serve as the primary product expert for ad-hoc inquiries from sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and support teams.

• Strong knowledge of MAT Financial Management systems.

• Experience in commercial negotiations.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly during presentations.

• An attentive listener who can pose insightful questions to uncover the challenges faced by prospects.

• A team player who enjoys collaboration across different functions.

• Ability to stay informed about the latest government guidelines and confidently present this information to customers and prospects.
