Senior Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and prioritize the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions within the healthcare industry, ensuring alignment with FinX's strategic goals.

• Convert business, regulatory, and clinical requirements into technical specifications and articulate user stories for engineering and data teams.

• Partner with Data Science/ML teams to evaluate the feasibility, performance, and risks associated with AI models implemented in the product.

• Perform market and user research involving healthcare professionals, patients, and health plan operators to validate product assumptions.

• Define success metrics, track KPIs, and conduct experiments (A/B tests) to guide product decisions.

• Guarantee adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices (data privacy, LGPD, information security) during solution development.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and regulatory/compliance entities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in Product Management/Specialist roles, ideally with digital products that integrate artificial intelligence components.

• Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts (predictive models, NLP, automation) and their application to product solutions — coding models is not required, but a grasp of capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs is crucial.

• Background or thorough knowledge of the healthcare sector (supplementary health, healthtechs, hospitals, health plan operators, or pharmaceuticals), including an understanding of care pathways, regulation (ANS, LGPD), and industry dynamics.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Productboard, Figma, etc.).

• Strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in product metrics and data-driven decision-making.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
