Senior Product Owner – Cyber Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing support of IAM, AI Security, and Security Engineering products.

• Integrate business vision with technology and risk management.

• Define and evolve short-, medium-, and long-term product roadmaps.

• Identify opportunities and trends in Cyber Security, Generative AI, Digital Identity, and Secure Software Development.

• Ensure the continuous enhancement of security capabilities, balancing protection, usability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risks, and technical dependencies.

• Conduct ongoing discovery with stakeholders and specialized teams.

• Define and track product releases, MVPs, and incremental, outcome-oriented deliveries.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and security specialists to build and refine user stories.

• Define and monitor metrics related to product performance, adoption, risk, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Participate in structural decisions concerning identity, access, application security, platforms, and AI.

• Influence and engage with technology, product, architecture, security, data, and business stakeholders.

• Manage dependencies across teams, platforms, strategic projects, and vendors.

• Communicate strategies, priorities, results, and executive direction effectively.

• Serve as the functional reference point for Cyber Security products within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or digital product leader.

• Experience with product strategy, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization.

• Familiarity with agile environments and managing multidisciplinary stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Cyber Security, IAM, Application Security, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or AI Security.

• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and decision-making driven by data and value.

• Experience with IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, or identity management solutions (preferred).

• Knowledge of AI Security, Generative AI security, and intelligent agents (preferred).

• Experience with Secure SDLC, GitHub Enterprise, application security, and platform security (preferred).

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
