This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Develop technology products within the integrated care delivery system to enhance customer value.
• Advocate for the product and guide decisions regarding product features.
• Take responsibility for product content and release management.
• Act as a liaison between agile teams and stakeholders, including Business Owners and Product Management.
• Address the needs and requirements of stakeholders while making prioritization decisions.
• Define and advance the product vision.
• Set increment and sprint objectives.
• Prioritize and oversee the team’s backlog.
• Lead the product scope for clinical operations workflows associated with the EMR product.
• Support workflows for Providers, Medical Assistants, and Care Integration Teams in PCO clinics.
• Manage solutions involving two leading Electronic Medical Records vendors, including interfaced and standalone technologies, business processes, and change management.
• Supervise strategic planning and the upkeep of supporting system infrastructure and business support processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related fields.
• Certification in Six Sigma or SAFe.
• More than 5 years of demonstrated experience in product management or equivalent business management roles.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in leading teams for product delivery.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Primary Care environment.
• Over 2 years as a super user or similar experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.
• Capability to work from a designated space without frequent interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Home internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
• Occasional travel to Humana offices may be necessary.
