This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Assist the Director of Clinical Operations in promoting clinical excellence, ensuring operational consistency, and leading strategic initiatives across care centers.
• Oversee clinical operations projects and priorities.
• Aid in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of clinical workflows, policies, and standardized procedures.
• Monitor action items, project timelines, deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress on implementations.
• Coordinate follow-up tasks from meetings, committees, and operational evaluations.
• Act as a liaison among clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
• Keep clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and associated documentation up to date.
• Assist in the creation, formatting, review, approval, distribution, and regular updates of policies.
• Ensure documents are current, organized, version-controlled, and compliant with regulations.
• Support the development of patient education materials and clinical resources.
• Gather, organize, and report on quality and operational performance data.
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives by tracking action plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Generate reports, presentations, dashboards, and materials for committees.
• Coordinate activities of the Clinical Quality Assurance Committee and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to observe performance metrics.
• Assist in communication concerning new workflows, policies, and operational changes.
• Create and disseminate updates and communications related to clinical operations.
• Organize training schedules and notify stakeholders.
• Track implementation efforts and collect feedback from care center teams.
• Promote value-based care initiatives, encompassing workflows, reporting, communication, training, and performance improvement.
• Maintain documentation and records for compliance purposes.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Organize documentation associated with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and other regulatory demands.
• Oversee review schedules and corrective action plans.
• Facilitate meetings, committee sessions, and leadership workgroups.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and logs of action items.
• Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical administration, healthcare project coordination, quality improvement, or a similar healthcare support role.
• Prior experience in clinical patient care or clinical support is required.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, quality improvement, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical administration.
• Preferred: Experience supporting physician practices, ambulatory care, multi-site healthcare organizations, or value-based care programs.
• Preferred: Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA regulations.
• Preferred: Experience with EHR systems and healthcare reporting tools.
• Preferred: Background in healthcare project management.
• Preferred: CAPM, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or a similar project management certification.
• Preferred: Understanding of value-based care programs, quality metrics, and performance improvement methodologies.
