This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert clinical program strategies into actionable implementation plans, operating procedures, decision-making points, and accountable workstreams.
• Oversee clinical readiness, design workflows, facilitate education, manage launch activities, and ensure post-launch stabilization.
• Maintain comprehensive program plans, action logs, risk assessments, decisions, dependencies, and performance reports.
• Provide ongoing clinical program management for designated payer and healthcare organization initiatives.
• Create and implement clinical adoption strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership, client-facing teams, Product, Operations, and client clinical leaders.
• Monitor clinicians' access to and utilization of clinical intelligence within their workflows.
• Track compliance, clinician consensus and dissent, reasons for overrides, completion of required actions, educational needs, and variations in workflows.
• Identify barriers to adoption and coordinate interventions such as workflow redesign, education, role clarification, and enhancements to products.
• Generate regular reports linking adoption rates, operational performance, clinical metrics, and client priorities.
• Analyze performance trends and propose improvements to programs.
• Address implementation challenges, workflow deficiencies, client feedback, and performance issues.
• Elevate potential quality or safety issues through clinical governance and quality assurance processes.
• Act as the primary clinical program partner for assigned clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Transform clinician and client feedback into requirements for clinical, operational, and product development.
• Collaborate with Product and technical teams regarding workflow needs, clinical specifications, and usability considerations.
• Report on progress, risks, decisions, and performance to clinical, operational, product, client, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive clinical program execution, workflow adoption, and routine coordination of programs.
• Partner with client-facing teams, Product and technical teams, and resources in clinical governance and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, healthcare administration, public health, informatics, or a related field.
• Active clinical license is highly preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare, including at least three years in clinical program implementation, utilization management, health plan operations, healthcare technology, or a similar environment.
• Familiarity with payer and provider workflows, clinical documentation, and implementation within regulated healthcare settings.
• Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, risks, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, written, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, skilled nursing, Home Health, post-acute care, prior authorization, continued-stay reviews, or delegated utilization management is preferred.
• Background in implementing clinical decision support, automation, clinical intelligence, or AI-driven healthcare workflows is preferred.
• Experience in developing adoption metrics, performance dashboards, workflow reports, or clinical improvement plans is preferred.
• A Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, informatics, or a related field is preferred.
• Training or certification in project management, process improvement, or change management is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship at the time of application and throughout employment.
• Capability to operate standard office equipment, communicate effectively via phone and video, review clinical documentation on screen for extended periods, and travel occasionally by air or car.
