This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the go-to-market strategy for RainFocus's primary events platform throughout the entire customer journey, from evaluation to renewal and growth.
• Collaborate with product and executive leadership to translate platform functionalities into validated, persona-specific use cases.
• Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies, including recommendations for monetization.
• Oversee planning and business readiness for significant company events, such as RainFocus INSIGHT and Sales Kickoff.
• Assist in maintaining the sales enablement asset library.
• Perform market, competitive, and customer research within the enterprise event management sector.
• Manage release and business readiness processes for new platform functionalities and strategic initiatives.
• Generate content including release communications, presentations, webinars, and videos.
• Represent RainFocus as a speaker at customer events, industry conferences, and company gatherings.
• Keep GTM plans and competitive research updated as the definitive source of information.
• Identify and develop AI frameworks and systems to enhance the broader product marketing function.
• Work directly with Fortune 500 event and marketing teams, providing insights to influence the product roadmap.
• Report to the Director of Product Marketing and collaborate with leaders in product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• 5-10+ years of proven success in business-to-business software product marketing or product management, with a strong emphasis on marketing.
• Direct experience in the event management software sector or a similar enterprise SaaS category characterized by complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups and large-scale, high-stakes customer implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to construct the business case for a product initiative, including collaboration with executive leadership on roadmap and monetization strategies.
• A solid history of introducing innovative products to market, supported by tangible business results.
• Experience with SaaS organizations operating in an agile development environment with continuous delivery.
• Strong grasp of sales and marketing strategies, dynamics, and processes, as well as enterprise service models.
• Ability to manage large-scale, cross-departmental projects with minimal daily oversight.
• Proven experience in coaching or mentoring other product marketers.
• Practical, hands-on experimentation with AI, ideally with examples of creating a repeatable system or framework.
• Exceptional communication skills, integrity, and sound judgment.
• MBA or relevant comparable experience.
