This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of brightfin's essential positioning and messaging across TEM, ITFM, FinOps, and AI spend management.
• Transform the category narrative into messaging frameworks for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Develop and manage internal and external content, including advertising copy, website messaging, social media posts, bylines, webinars, and executive talking points.
• Collaborate with Product on pricing strategies, packaging, and feature narratives.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product functionalities, which encompass messaging, sales enablement, customer communication, and launch content.
• Conduct launch retrospectives and refine the strategy based on pipeline or adoption metrics.
• Create and sustain competitive positioning, training presentations, playbooks, battlecards, objection handling resources, and win/loss insights.
• Develop and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI narratives, demo storylines, case studies, testimonials, and customer reference materials.
• Educate sales and customer-facing teams on updated positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with the Analyst Relations Manager to craft category narratives for evaluations and briefings with Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
• 5–8 years of experience in product marketing within an enterprise B2B SaaS organization, with direct responsibility for positioning, messaging, and product launches.
• Proven experience in marketing to enterprise CIOs or IT finance buyers, or similar complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Demonstrated success in creating sales enablement content that sales teams effectively utilize in the field.
• Comfortable working without a predefined playbook.
• Proficient in HubSpot, including advanced workflows and campaign automation.
• Exceptional writing skills across various formats, including advertising copy, social media posts, and executive one-pagers.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and executive leadership.
• Data-driven decision-making linked to pipeline, win rate, and adoption metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must comply with brightfin’s Information Security and Privacy policies and procedures.
