Senior Product Manager, Vault Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle for PSA Vault and Warehouse Management (WMS) systems.

• Manage daily operational support and drive systemic enhancements.

• Foster relationships with Vault Operations leaders to resolve issues and enhance Vault tools and WMS.

• Define and uphold the product vision and strategy for Vault and WMS.

• Optimize processes for inbound receiving, storage, pick/pack, outbound shipping, and inventory accuracy.

• Enhance the transition between Grading business lines, ProShip, and Vault WMS.

• Improve the ability of customers to track and transfer cards among vault, marketplace, and home shipment.

• Convert strategic goals into actionable priorities, specifications, and user stories.

• Coordinate efforts across Vault, Grading, Shipping, Marketplace, and Operations.

• Establish success metrics, implement tracking systems, conduct experiments, and make data-driven decisions.

• Address cross-system dependencies within the PSA enterprise.

• Communicate tradeoffs and ensure alignment among business, engineering, and operational stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Minimum of 5 years working on Operations products related to Shipping, WMS, and/or manufacturing.

• Proven history of launching and scaling products that deliver measurable operational and business impact.

• Experience as a Senior Individual Contributor in a high-growth organization.

• Background in building and managing systems that support large-scale physical operations, including fulfillment, logistics, warehouse management, inventory, or supply chain platforms.

• Understanding of operations related to receiving, storage, pick/pack, outbound shipping, and inventory.

• Experience in clarifying multi-system workflows across payments, logistics, risk, Grading, Shipping, WMS, and Marketplace.

• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.

• Experience converting operational needs into effective technical solutions.

• Ability to leverage AI and automation within operational workflows.

• Skill in aligning executives, Operators, Product, and engineering teams without direct authority.

• Proven experience in launching successful products end-to-end, overseeing requirements, development, testing, execution, and project management.

• Strong customer empathy for both external collectors and internal Operators.

• Willingness to travel 20%–60% depending on project lifecycle.
