Senior Product Manager – Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the product discovery process and define the strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of software-driven solutions across LATAM and Puerto Rico.

• Develop a deep understanding of public safety environments, user workflows, and customer requirements.

• Engage in customer discussions, observe workflows, and conduct Voice of Customer research.

• Identify, validate, and prioritize significant problems.

• Advocate for end-user needs throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Convert customer needs, regional demands, and local restrictions into problem statements, product briefs, user stories, requirements, and prioritized initiatives.

• Facilitate localized features and product iterations from discovery to launch, measurement, and ongoing improvement.

• Incorporate regional requirements into global product planning.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in sales opportunities, tenders, RFPs, and procurement activities.

• Promote product adoption, customer empowerment, and realization of value.

• Communicate the advantages of Axon’s connected, cloud-first ecosystem, which includes body-worn cameras, devices, and Digital Evidence Management software.

• Report to the Senior Director of International Product Management.

• Travel approximately 35% across LATAM, Puerto Rico, and internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS, cloud software, enterprise software, or technology product environment.

• Proven experience in managing or contributing to the complete end-to-end product lifecycle.

• Experience in building, launching, and scaling digital software products or features, preferably from early discovery to market adoption.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers and end users, translating field insights and operational workflows into clear product results.

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Product Design teams within an agile product development setting.

• Capable of defining product requirements, product briefs, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in complex, cross-functional, and international contexts.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.

• Experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities, tenders, RFPs, or procurement processes is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with software and connected hardware products is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud, IoT, mobile, or device management ecosystems is strongly preferred.
