Senior Product Manager – Life Sciences, Meetings Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish comprehensive product requirements by converting customer workbooks, operational procedures, RFP specifications, and capability maps into roadmap priorities and ready-to-build specifications.

• Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams within the Onomi 360 codebase.

• Develop thin production slices and prototypes, make scope determinations, and validate the active product with customers.

• Incorporate AI-driven prototyping and customer validation into daily tasks.

• Engage with meetings operations, compliance, medical affairs, finance, agencies, and customer data teams.

• Define integrations with Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, and consent management systems.

• Manage venue sourcing and fair-market-value partner integrations.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of product claims, demonstrations, and deployed functionalities.

• Oversee customer migration from meeting request forms to Onomi 360, including specifications, builds, history migration, and customer sessions.

• Meet with early-access customers and design partners.

• Establish roadmap priorities, specify tasks for engineering, and distinguish between aspirational, forward-looking, and committed product plans.

• Define the complete MeetingsEQ product flow from request through to approval, budgeting, HCP registration, ToV, and reporting.

• Propel customer adoption of Onomi 360 to supplant Excel-based meeting and ToV workflows.

• Support the expansion of production, comprehensive ToV reporting cycles, RFP successes, and enhanced HCP engagement utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in building or managing life-sciences meetings, compliance, or transparency workflows that encompass approval, budgeting, transfer of value (ToV), and closure processes.

• Practical understanding of EFPIA and Sunshine disclosure regulations.

• Proficiency in HCP data and integrations across Veeva, Salesforce, OneKey, and NPI.

• Familiarity with match rates and the expectations of data teams for write-back processes.

• Capability to translate operational processes into states, rules, configurations, permissions, and audit events.

• Skill in sequencing the smallest production slice that validates the model while addressing architectural and compliance considerations.

• Strong execution bias: deliver, prototype, and present products to users within days.

• Excellent writing skills and clear communication abilities.

• Technical and AI proficiency; experience with Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.

• Understanding of code, data flows, architecture, and the software development lifecycle from RFC and specification through review, release, and support.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Availability to work remotely from Europe or the US Eastern or Central time zones.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% of the time.
