Senior Product Manager – Inventory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy and roadmap to enhance the volume, quality, and freshness of Redfin listings.

• Discover new supply sources, establish data partnerships, and improve ingestion processes.

• Determine how Redfin-exclusive inventory is delivered to buyers and sellers through search, listing detail pages, alerts, and re-engagement platforms on web and apps.

• Spot opportunities for AI to enhance sourcing, enrichment, and presentation of listings.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to implement AI enhancements with appropriate evaluation and quality considerations.

• Create prototypes using Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools, transforming concepts into tangible engineering solutions.

• Oversee inventory and engagement metrics.

• Conduct experiments and leverage outcomes to inform rollouts.

• Partner with engineering, design, data science, brokerage operations, and Rocket teams.

• Ensure leadership is informed and aligned regarding strategy, tradeoffs, outcomes, and next steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in delivering consumer web and mobile products at scale.

• Proven track record of delivering work that positively impacts key metrics.

• Experience with marketplace, supply-side, or inventory-driven products.

• Proficient in AI, using tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor for prototyping, data analysis, and specification writing.

• Capability to demonstrate and articulate projects developed using AI tools.

• Strong data proficiency, including SQL skills.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with limited information.

• History of uniting engineering, design, operations, and business leaders around a cohesive plan.

• Background in real estate, listings, or other high-consideration marketplaces.

• Experience in deploying LLM-powered features to production, with a focus on evaluation and quality tradeoffs.

• Familiarity with listing data, MLS or data partnerships, or content ingestion pipelines.
