Senior Product Manager, Crown and Bridge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and enhancement of customer experiences for Crown and Bridge.

• Propel the roadmap for a designated product segment, including bridges, veneers, or chairside ordering.

• Simplify intricate internal CAD design processes into user-friendly experiences for dentists.

• Coordinate efforts among CAD Engineering, Machine Learning, User Experience Design, and Manufacturing.

• Carry out customer discovery, market analysis, and competitive assessments.

• Supervise the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Organize rollouts, provide team training, and adjust to production circumstances.

• Merge quantitative data with qualitative insights to evaluate impact and enhance the product.

• Work collaboratively with design, engineering, operations, and business leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.

• Proven track record in managing software products throughout the complete lifecycle, from MVP to general release and further iterations.

• Experience with software applications that affect real-world movements or physical products.

• Ability to transition from high-level strategic thinking to detailed specifications.

• Strong empathy for end-users and clinical perspectives.

• Experience in Dental, MedTech, or other technologically-driven, operationally complex products is advantageous.

• Authorization to work legally in the United States.
