Senior Product Manager, Core Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation for Hostaway's primary product domain.

• Establish the vision, roadmap, and execution strategies for pricing, availability, and listing content.

• Create trustworthy experiences tailored for property managers.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Data, and channel-connection teams.

• Leverage AI tools to transition ideas from discovery and prototyping to final product delivery.

• Streamline intricate systems and workflows related to external platform integrations.

• Enhance functionalities that impact property managers' pricing, availability, rules, and listings across various sales channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in B2B software.

• Proven experience managing a wide product area with several interconnected workflows.

• Background in simplifying complex systems to enhance usability.

• Daily application of AI within the product management process.

• Proficiency in creating clickable or functional prototypes using AI coding tools.

• Technical expertise to collaborate effectively with engineers on APIs and integrations.

• A commitment to continuous discovery as a standard practice.

• Strong judgment in evaluating trade-offs.

• Resilience in addressing long-standing challenges in a product that customers rely on.

• Experience in the travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, or marketplaces sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with pricing, rates, distribution, inventory, properties, rooms, vehicles, or equipment is advantageous.

• Must be located within the EMEA region.
