Senior Product Manager – Commerce Growth

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take full ownership of the payments adoption strategy, including the comprehensive roadmap, operational plan, and commercial objectives.

β€’ Create, implement, and refine partner incentive programs, incorporating eligibility frameworks, qualification criteria, payout structures, and safeguards against abuse.

β€’ Manage partner-oriented product interfaces for program discovery, progress tracking, earnings visibility, and suggested actions.

β€’ Oversee unit economics, which encompass customer acquisition costs, payback periods, contribution margins, and program budgets.

β€’ Establish a robust experimentation framework utilizing randomized testing, holdout groups, and incrementality analysis.

β€’ Employ growth-hacking methodologies throughout the adoption funnel via segmentation, lifecycle triggers, in-product prompts, and targeted marketing campaigns.

β€’ Lead negotiations with major agency partners and oversee tailor-made agreements.

β€’ Own the monthly performance report detailing adoption rates, retention metrics, cost efficiency, and overall program health.

β€’ Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Risk, and Commerce platform engineering teams on measurement, controls, and infrastructure development.

β€’ Propel payments adoption and transaction volume expansion for HighLevel’s Commerce division.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 8–10 years of experience in product management.

β€’ Proven experience in managing a growth, partner, referral, or incentive program where the commercial mechanics were the product.

β€’ Confidence in owning a commercial outcome from start to finish, including acquisition costs, payback timelines, contribution margins, and defending these metrics to a finance audience.

β€’ Demonstrated history of conducting controlled experiments and accurately interpreting results.

β€’ Experience in payments, fintech, marketplaces, or similar sectors where unit economics guide product strategy.

β€’ Background in partner, reseller, or franchise ecosystems where third parties influence the adoption decision (preferred).

β€’ Understanding of payment economics, including processing rates, take rates, volume tiers, and payment method distributions (preferred).

β€’ Experience in designing controls against abuse and fraud for rewards, referral, or affiliate programs (preferred).

β€’ Familiarity with vertical SaaS or platform businesses that monetize payments alongside subscription models (preferred).
