This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for clinical products, which include charting, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and imaging.
• Guide cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Perform customer research involving dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
• Convert clinical workflow challenges into actionable product requirements.
• Keep an eye on the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to introduce and promote new capabilities.
• Set up product analytics and define success metrics.
• Work in conjunction with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA and HIPAA requirements as well as security standards.
• Incorporate AI into workflows and assess new AI functionalities, such as voice and diagnostics.
• Maintain technical documentation while effectively communicating requirements, milestones, and strategic trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a rapidly growing startup environment.
• Proven track record in developing B2B software that professionals depend on for their essential daily tasks.
• Experience in launching AI/ML features to production.
• Familiarity with healthcare or clinical products is advantageous.
• Experience with software that interfaces with hardware is a plus.
• Strong background in voice/speech AI, computer vision, or medical imaging is highly desirable.
• A keen interest in clinician workflows and contemporary clinical technologies.
• A dental or clinical background is an additional asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Technical curiosity and strong analytical skills.
• Regular use of AI and analytics tools.
• Adaptability, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive approach.
