Senior Product Manager, Checkout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the primary checkout experience, ensuring that consumers can effectively select and review their terms and payment options, with a focus on enhancing conversion, clarity, and user confidence.

• Design and implement experiments aimed at improving consumer comprehension and selection of terms.

• Define and launch new UX patterns informed by research insights and quantitative data.

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to address regulatory requirements and assess their impact on user experience.

• Work alongside international product partners to broaden the terms experience in new markets.

• Generate and share insights regarding user behavior.

• Manage the roadmap, prioritize key opportunities, align with cross-functional partners, and oversee execution from concept through to launch and iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• A strong aesthetic sense for user experience design.

• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret results from experiments alongside quantitative and qualitative data.

• Exceptional execution capabilities with a high degree of agency.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, engineering, analytics, and research teams.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt (coachability).

• Experience in checkout, e-commerce, or fintech products is a plus.
