Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap that align with the company's vision and business goals.

• Lead product discovery efforts through conducting market research, user interviews, and analyzing competition.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and subsequent optimization.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams on product development and go-to-market strategies.

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer requirements, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Decompose solutions into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for agile team discussions and estimations.

• Set up and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success and guide improvements.

• Promote user-centered design principles and strive for exceptional user experiences.

• Produce product briefs, presentations, training materials, and documentation with strong writing and storytelling skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Strong emphasis on B2B or B2BC SaaS products.

• Proven experience managing data-intensive features such as analytics, reporting, dashboards, AI, or intricate business logic.

• Capability to deconstruct complex or unclear problems into structured, actionable solutions and plans.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data for decision-making and measuring success.

• Proficiency in product discovery, including market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across various teams and organizational levels.
