Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to establish a product vision for the agentic AI orchestrator.

• Perform market research, gather customer feedback, and test innovative ideas to enhance the backlog and roadmap.

• Work alongside a cross-functional team to develop agentic AI capabilities.

• Create clear and well-defined user stories aimed at delivering user value in every sprint.

• Involve stakeholders in the innovation process and keep them updated on progress.

• Promote solutions to customer challenges by integrating functionality into the product line.

• Partner with other Product Managers to enhance value across various product lines.

• Champion a user-centered culture and drive organizational change.

• Provide support to the team whenever assistance is needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience working collaboratively with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to create intuitive user experiences.

• Background in collaborating with data scientists to incorporate AI into the development pipeline.

• Experience engaging with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to create products that address complex challenges.

• Strong understanding of the Product Manager role and familiarity with PM tools for discovery and delivery.

• Experience in developing rapid prototypes for the swift testing of new product concepts.

• Experience with scrum/kanban methodologies in cross-functional teams.

• Minimum TS clearance is required.

• TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
