📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategy for the casino product by introducing captivating mechanics, innovative features, and new content to drive growth across essential product metrics.

• Spearhead the casino platform launch in collaboration with GR8 Tech, overseeing post-launch performance evaluations, ongoing optimizations, and scalability.

• Analyze player engagement metrics and product KPIs, employing hands-on margin management and delivering project-specific solutions to enhance business profitability.

• Identify, assess, negotiate, and manage the comprehensive integration of game providers and casino content.

• Lead and supervise Casino Stream teams, monitor performance metrics, offer actionable feedback, and streamline operational workflows.

• Offer expert advice and data-driven insights to internal brands and partner initiatives to enhance product performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of iGaming casino operations, player behavior metrics, and essential product KPIs (GGR, NGR, RTP, Conversion, Retention, Bets/Player, etc.).

• Demonstrated success in analyzing casino product performance to uncover unexploited growth opportunities.

• Practical experience in margin management and optimization within a casino setting.

• Extensive experience in comprehensive product management — from feature development and provider integration to launch and post-launch evaluation.

• Hands-on expertise in sourcing, assessing, and integrating casino game providers.

• Proven capability to lead, mentor, and align teams working within a Casino Stream.
