Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements related to functionality, technology, and user experience.

• Partner with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products.

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to guide decisions for the product roadmap.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine product requirements effectively.

• Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the development lifecycle.

• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate product performance.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and optimization.

• Oversee the complete product delivery process from defining requirements and prioritizing features to execution, delivery, and ongoing improvement.

• Connect business needs with technical capabilities, drive product strategy, and deliver scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles in a technology-driven software product environment.

• Proven track record in managing complex digital products and platforms that involve multiple stakeholders, integrations, workflows, data flows, and technical dependencies.

• Hands-on experience in product ownership within one or more preferred domains: FinTech platforms; digital banking solutions; payment platforms/payment gateways; credit card platforms; loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement platforms; e-commerce marketplaces or transaction-based platforms; AI-powered personalization, pricing, or analytics platforms.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, architects, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of roadmap planning, feature prioritization, user story creation, backlog management, requirement elicitation, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements and actionable product solutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering scalable products or significant product features that are utilized by customers, enterprises, or external partners.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and recommendation/personalization concepts is a plus.

• A self-driven individual contributor capable of independently managing product responsibilities while collaborating within a global cross-functional team.
