Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements related to functionality, technology, and user experience.

• Partner with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesion and successful product launch.

• Examine market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to guide product roadmap strategies.

• Lead workshops and meetings to gather and refine product specifications.

• Document and communicate requirements throughout the entire development process.

• Track key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate product effectiveness.

• Recognize opportunities for product enhancement and optimization.

• Manage the complete product delivery process from defining requirements and prioritizing features to execution, delivery, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles within a technology-focused software product environment.

• Proven track record in managing complex digital products and platforms involving multiple stakeholders, integrations, workflows, data flows, and technical dependencies.

• Practical experience in owning products in FinTech, digital banking, payments, credit card platforms, loyalty and rewards, e-commerce, or AI-driven personalization, pricing, or analytics.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams, architects, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Strong grasp of roadmap planning, feature prioritization, user story development, backlog management, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Ability to convert complex business challenges into clear technical requirements and actionable product solutions.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Proven experience delivering scalable products or significant product features utilized by customers, enterprises, or external partners.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and recommendation/personalization concepts is a plus.

• A self-motivated individual contributor capable of independently managing product responsibilities and collaborating within a global cross-functional team.
