Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish and prioritize the product roadmap for operating room intelligence based on customer requirements and strategic objectives.

• Direct the discovery and delivery of analytics, platform, and AI functionalities, encompassing computer vision and natural language processing.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to develop scalable, interoperable solutions.

• Work alongside sales and customer success teams to pinpoint high-impact use cases in surgical operations.

• Integrate with EHR systems utilizing HL7 and FHIR standards to enhance data and support clinical workflows.

• Leverage data and metrics to uncover opportunities and promote measurable enhancements in customer outcomes.

• Maintain ongoing customer feedback loops to ensure product-market alignment and tangible impact.

• Advocate for a customer-centric mindset across product and engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthtech, analytics, or AI/ML.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven history of data-driven decision-making.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with EHR data models and healthcare data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.

• Experience in integrating analytics and AI into customer workflows and EHR systems is advantageous.

• Background in healthcare AI applications such as NLP and computer vision is desirable.

• Understanding of healthcare operations and performance metrics, including OR utilization, revenue cycle, and care quality is beneficial.

• Experience in launching early-stage or 0-to-1 products is a plus.

• Familiarity with LLMs and chat interfaces is advantageous.
