Product Manager, Tax & Fiscal Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop a product vision aligned with business strategy and convey it to a diverse team of developers and designers.

• Maintain a prioritized backlog for short-, medium-, and long-term projects in line with the company's strategy.

• Evaluate data from various sources such as NPS, support inquiries, and customer contractual obligations.

• Keep the team informed and motivated regarding its objectives.

• Assess backlog items and hypotheses, leading discovery initiatives.

• Establish success metrics and document outcomes prior to the start of delivery.

• Supervise functional specifications in accordance with agile development practices.

• Convert specifications into user stories and prioritize them based on the value they provide.

• Organize sprints, clarify any uncertainties, participate in ceremonies, and validate completed features.

• Monitor deliveries and communicate released features to the appropriate teams.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop launch materials.

• Create and uphold the product documentation repository.

• Observe product usage in production and assess results against established success criteria.

• Communicate the product vision to other departments and companies within the organization.

• Employ a digital mindset and investigate how Artificial Intelligence can enhance processes, experiences, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration.

• Significant experience in product management.

• Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies.

• Experience in the real estate sector, compliance, or tax reform.

• Familiarity with product and business metrics.

• Proven experience in data analysis to inform decision-making.

• Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts.
