Junior Growth Product Manager – Well-Being Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate acquisition, activation, and retention metrics to pinpoint funnel bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to discover growth potential.

• Assist in the development of new workout funnels targeting the Young Female demographic.

• Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and derive insights from product analytics.

• Transform insights into data-driven conclusions and actionable recommendations.

• Identify areas for growth and develop hypotheses.

• Organize and prioritize experiments within a structured backlog.

• Design and manage A/B tests.

• Assess test outcomes and their impact on key business metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, copywriting, legal, design, and development teams.

• Ensure a mutual understanding of objectives, outcomes, and subsequent actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in product IT companies in roles related to product, analytics, user acquisition, or creative marketing; or over 1 year in brand management, marketing, or analytics at FMCG companies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive approach and sense of ownership.

• Solid analytical capabilities.

• Proficient understanding of growth metrics, including CR, ARPU, CAC, and LTV.

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools.

• Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English proficiency.

• Familiarity with design principles and copywriting strategies is advantageous.

• Practical experience in conducting A/B tests and launching products from the ground up is a plus.

• A keen interest in the fitness industry is an added benefit.
