Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the host (supply) segment of Peerspace's online venue-rental marketplace.

• Oversee host onboarding and activation, ensure listing quality, and manage host management tools.

• Communicate with hosts, analyze data and customer experience discussions, and identify pain points, marketplace operations, competitors, and market trends.

• Convert insights into solutions that balance the needs of hosts, guest experience, and the overall health of the marketplace.

• Collaborate with customer experience and supply operations stakeholders throughout the development process.

• Define, measure, and take ownership of business outcome metrics.

• Present options and recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams.

• Drive execution and ensure teams deliver value to customers and achieve business objectives.

• Shape the long-term strategy aimed at host success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience within a two-sided marketplace, ideally with a focus on the supply side.

• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and a proven record of launching products that have influenced these dynamics.

• Demonstrated success in translating user insights into tangible products.

• Ability to create product roadmaps and work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.

• Proven track record of owning measurable business outcomes.

• Capable of presenting multiple options with a distinct perspective to influence executives and cross-functional partners.
