This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Lirio’s intelligence platform roadmap and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product vision, client requirements, and trends in the healthcare market.

• Track market dynamics, competitor and partner capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

• Utilize systems thinking and evidence-based decision-making to determine investment priorities and trade-offs.

• Develop initiatives focused on omnichannel personalization, ecosystem expansion, interoperability, identity and consent management, event-driven workflows, and enterprise deployment.

• Oversee the healthcare integration layer that supports Epic, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe, EHRs, HIEs, CRMs, digital experience platforms, and content management systems.

• Lead partner-platform integrations from technical assessment and requirements gathering through to delivery.

• Ensure the platform maintains reliability, interoperability, extensibility, and scalability across healthcare sectors and enterprise environments.

• Collaborate with teams in Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success.

• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and unite them around platform priorities and trade-offs.

• Represent the platform to clients, partners, and executives by providing recommendations and highlighting risks and dependencies.

• Set and monitor platform success metrics, linking investments to quantifiable outcomes.

• Integrate healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI throughout the entire product lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.

• Strong grasp of product fundamentals, including product vision and strategy, discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-based prioritization, and success metrics.

• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare market and its stakeholders (payers, providers, employers, retail health).

• Proficient in systems thinking and evidence-based decision-making.

• Experience in defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations.

• Proven independent management of a complex, ambiguous product area.

• Capability to influence various functions without direct authority.

• Excellent communication skills suited for both technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and senior executives.

• Proficient in leveraging data and metrics to validate assumptions and illustrate business value.

• Comfortable with understanding system architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical limitations.

• Relevant technical experience may include REST APIs and integration methodologies; healthcare data and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, EHR, pharmacy, or claims data); cloud-based and event-driven platforms; data pipelines, reporting, experimentation, and measurement; identity, consent, privacy, and preference management; and enterprise scalability, reliability, observability, and security.

• Skilled in stakeholder alignment, constructive challenge, and conflict resolution.

• Familiarity with healthcare data and regulatory requirements is strongly preferred.

• All applicants must have authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Preferred: experience in healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, or life sciences; familiarity with AI/ML-enabled or intelligence products; knowledge of HIPAA, PHI/ePHI, or regulated environments; and experience in startup or high-growth company settings.
