Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision and strategy for the designated product area

• Take ownership of and prioritize a multi-quarter product roadmap

• Balance the needs of customer value, business priorities, and delivery capabilities

• Develop and present business cases for significant product investments

• Lead research on customer insights, analyze usage data, and facilitate customer feedback loops

• Monitor competitive and market trends and translate these into implications for the roadmap

• Collaborate with Content leadership on content strategy and product direction

• Work alongside Technology leadership to sequence delivery and address trade-offs

• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without having formal authority

• Own the strategy for adoption and business impact

• Coordinate go-to-market preparations with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams

• Define and report on KPIs and business outcomes to product and executive stakeholders

• Provide informal coaching to other Product Managers on prioritization, requirements quality, and stakeholder management

• Execute other assigned tasks as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in product management

• Proven experience managing a product roadmap or product line

• Demonstrated ability in cross-functional leadership

• Capability to develop product strategy from foundational principles using market analysis, competitive dynamics, and customer insights

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior Content, Technology, and business partners without formal authority

• Proficient in creating and presenting business cases, including investment trade-offs, to product and executive leadership

• Skilled in conducting and synthesizing qualitative research alongside quantitative usage data

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present roadmap, strategy, and outcomes to executive audiences
