This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Client Communications roadmap, overseeing it from start to finish.

• Convert company objectives and user requirements into prioritized initiatives that drive growth and scalability.

• Guide product discovery and execution alongside Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.

• Manage roadmap ideas from their initial conception through to launch.

• Define Epics and User Stories with clear scopes, dependencies, and comprehensive acceptance criteria.

• Create user journey, process, and data flow diagrams.

• Develop wireframes and collaborate on higher-fidelity design efforts.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Service leaders to synchronize and implement communication initiatives.

• Develop and oversee KPI dashboards to monitor communication performance, client engagement, and the overall health of the client experience.

• Manage the backlog, sprint readiness, and delivery tracking using Jira.

• Provide updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs to cross-functional partners and leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management.

• Proven track record of owning a product area from its early or emerging stages through to maturity.

• Capability to master detailed, precise, and intricate product landscapes.

• Ideal candidates will have experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or other environments requiring high accuracy.

• Strong history of translating business goals and client needs into actionable requirements and a coherent product roadmap.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.

• Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with Linear, Jira Software, and Jira Product Discovery.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Ability to create and interpret KPI dashboards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in shaping or advancing an early-stage product area, including establishing foundational processes, documentation, and roadmap clarity.
