Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and steer the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and program goals.

• Oversee feature prioritization and backlog enhancement for Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

• Convert high-level requirements into actionable features and user stories.

• Manage and maintain Program and ART-level backlogs.

• Facilitate and actively participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.

• Engage with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to validate product solutions and promote continuous improvement.

• Track product performance using data-driven metrics to enhance value delivery.

• Advocate for SAFe principles and best practices throughout teams.

• Identify risks and dependencies while addressing any blockers that arise.

• Lead collaborative efforts across engineering, compliance, security, and business units.

• Utilize VersionOne for managing backlogs, sprint planning, and tracking Agile execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience in a scaled Agile or SAFe environment.

• Proven success in managing and delivering complex enterprise-level solutions utilizing SAFe.

• In-depth knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, SAFe frameworks, and Agile best practices.

• Experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and operating within a SAFe Large Solutions context.

• Practical experience with VersionOne.

• Strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and collaborative abilities.

• Capacity to translate business objectives into well-defined Epics, Features, and User Stories.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical, data-driven mindset for decision-making processes.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and successfully pass a government background check, including detailed forms and fingerprinting.

• Must have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the past five years as per residency requirements.

• Travel is required for less than 10% of the time.
