This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Establish the vision and roadmap for DataDome's shared platform and comprehensive customer journeys.
• Guide the development of the unified Dashboard and common components across various products.
• Design workspaces, onboarding processes, product-led growth strategies, and cross-product workflows.
• Streamline customer access to insights, protection configurations, and organizational management.
• Leverage AI to enhance onboarding, self-service, customer insights, configurations, and expansion efforts.
• Determine the product direction for identity, authentication, user management, SSO, and RBAC.
• Shape APIs, integrations, data ingress and egress, MCP, and agent access.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to develop a secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective platform.
• Manage product strategy for provisioning, configuration, support, and operations.
• Optimize workflows for entitlements, packaging, metering, billing, and account management.
• Utilize AI to automate internal workflows and enhance decision-making processes.
• Boost self-service and automation while minimizing manual tasks, errors, and operational risks.
• Convert customer, business, and technical requirements into an outcome-focused roadmap.
• Make strategic trade-offs between customer value, growth, platform leverage, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, data products, or operational systems.
• Technical proficiency and the capability to engage deeply with systems, architecture, identity, security, data, and APIs.
• Strong business acumen balancing customer value, growth, costs, risks, and long-term platform investments.
• Demonstrated history of setting strategy, prioritizing effectively, and delivering products with measurable impact.
• High agency, sound judgment, and ability to lead amidst uncertainty.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative and low-ego approach.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Bonus: experience with enterprise SaaS administration and data-intensive Dashboard experiences.
• Bonus: experience with identity, authentication, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, or enterprise administration.
