Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the business unit.

• Establish priorities, make necessary trade-offs, and align both leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Guide AI-driven discovery through customer interviews, support tickets, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Validate insights generated by AI, determining accuracy and significance.

• Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with the assistance of AI, while confirming scope, edge cases, dependencies, and prioritization.

• Utilize AI tools to develop interactive mockups and functioning demos.

• Validate product concepts with stakeholders and users prior to committing engineering resources.

• Oversee AI analysis of product usage data, formulate hypotheses, select experiments, and manage success metrics.

• Engage with customers and internal teams that interact with customers.

• Provide visionary product leadership to sales, customer success, and business development teams.

• Equip customer-facing teams with knowledge and direction regarding the product.

• Construct reusable AI prompts, templates, and guidelines for the Product team.

• Ensure the team is accountable for maintaining accuracy, minimizing bias, and safeguarding privacy when handling sensitive behavioral health and absence data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing products from inception to completion, encompassing strategy, roadmap, and execution.

• Strong technical knowledge and the capability to collaborate with Engineering on system limitations and trade-offs.

• Proficient in writing detailed stories, prioritizing effectively under pressure, and facilitating cross-functional teams.

• An analytical and data-driven mindset for problem-solving.

• Experience in an Agile work environment.

• Proven ability to drive initiatives through influence rather than direct authority.

• Regular use of AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT for research synthesis, drafting PRDs and stories, prototyping, or data analysis.

• Ability to identify inaccuracies in AI outputs before they are released.

• Good judgment regarding the reliability of AI, risks of hallucination, bias, and data privacy considerations.

• Experience aiding teams in adopting new tools and methodologies.

• Bonus: familiarity with behavioral health, absence management, or another regulated and data-sensitive industry.
