Product Data Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Establish new products and SKUs in the ERP, PIM system, and website, ensuring all information is precise prior to launch.

• Collect, validate, and manage product data including classifications, attributes, dimensions, and vendor information throughout the product lifecycle.

• Extract and reconcile data from various systems, identify discrepancies, and rectify them at the source.

• Communicate with global vendors and mills across the US, Europe, and Asia to secure missing specifications while nurturing relationships.

• Keep updated trackers for open requests and launch readiness.

• Execute weekly and monthly data cycles, encompassing audits, cleanups, and launch prep.

• Recognize recurring data issues and suggest process enhancements.

• Collaborate with a US-based client in the luxury interior design sector to maintain an accurate product catalog ready for launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, product data management, catalog oversight, e-commerce operations, or a similar detail-oriented position.

• Exceptional accuracy and keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, and data cleansing.

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems concurrently.

• Proficient in written English.

• Professional and courteous follow-up approach with external partners.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Able to perform repetitive, process-driven tasks to a consistently high standard.

• Nice to have: experience in home furnishings or fashion.

• Nice to have: proficiency in a second language (Korean, Italian, German, or French).

• Nice to have: skills in using AI tools for data cleanup.
