This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision, prioritization, and execution of analytics capabilities, such as dashboards, KPIs, and integrated insights, across various Clinical Solutions products.

• Gain an understanding of user requirements in clinical and operational environments to create analytics products for healthcare systems.

• Convert strategic objectives into practical analytics delivery plans in collaboration with Technology, Informatics, and Analytics teams.

• Discover opportunities to leverage generative AI for faster insight delivery, enhanced data exploration, and improved analytics usability.

• Establish and monitor product OKRs and KPIs to ensure tangible business and customer results.

• Collaborate on data integration, modeling, and governance to maintain data quality and integrity.

• Work alongside commercial, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to promote and encourage the use of analytics products.

• Advocate for analytics product priorities both internally and externally, contributing to strategic planning efforts.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product management, analytics, informatics, or healthcare technology.

• Demonstrated success in delivering data or analytics products, preferably within clinical or health system environments.

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, LOINC) and familiarity with analytics tools/platforms.

• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities and stakeholder management expertise.

• Experience with AI/ML or GAI in a product or analytics setting is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• An advanced degree in informatics, public health, or data science is preferred.

• A clinical background is an added advantage.
