Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision, prioritization, and execution of analytics capabilities across a range of Clinical Solutions products.

• Create both customer-facing and internal analytics features that deliver significant clinical, product, and operational outcomes.

• Gain insights into user needs within clinical and operational environments to design analytics products tailored for health systems.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans for analytics delivery.

• Work collaboratively with teams from Technology, Informatics, Analytics, commercial sectors, sales, marketing, and customer success.

• Explore applications of generative AI to expedite insight delivery, enhance data exploration, and improve analytics usability.

• Establish and monitor product OKRs and KPIs.

• Collaborate on data integration, modeling, and governance to maintain data quality and integrity.

• Launch analytics products into the market, foster adoption, and articulate their impact.

• Advocate for analytics product priorities both internally and externally while keeping abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product management, analytics, informatics, or healthcare technology.

• Demonstrated success in delivering data or analytics products, particularly in clinical or health system environments.

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, LOINC) and familiarity with analytics tools/platforms.

• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

• Experience with AI/ML or GAI in a product or analytics environment is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• An advanced degree in informatics, public health, or data science is preferred.

• A clinical background is advantageous.
