Senior Product Manager – Agentic Banking

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and lifecycle for Agentic Banking Solutions.

• Formulate and implement product strategies that align with customer requirements, market trends, and business goals.

• Create business cases, pricing structures, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment suggestions for new products and enhancements.

• Track product performance, adoption rates, financial outcomes, and customer feedback to foster continuous improvement.

• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to execute product initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on back-office banking workflows and Agentic Solutions, representing the product to customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders.

• Articulate the product strategy, roadmap, and business value to executive leadership and key stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in software product management or similar roles.

• Over 4 years of experience in the Financial Services sector and/or a solid understanding of banking operations.

• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build, develop, motivate, and mentor high-performance teams.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

• Self-motivated with the capability to achieve results independently.

• Experience with AI Solutions, such as Claude and ChatGPT.

• Understanding of AI system operations (Tokenomics, Agent Development, Skills Writing, etc.).

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
