Senior Product Management Specialist – Commercial Modifications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to monitor program performance, encompassing schedule, costs, milestones, and resource utilization.

• Aid in the development and management of project tracking solutions within Smartsheet.

• Gather, cleanse, and verify data from various sources.

• Contribute to the creation of standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO utilization.

• Evaluate trends and offer insights for program evaluations and leadership decision-making.

• Support maturity assessment initiatives, scorecard creation, and KPI monitoring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ascertain data requirements and reporting needs.

• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and automation processes.

• Construct and deploy API pipelines.

• Facilitate Change Board Meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis and generating metrics reports.

• More than 5 years of experience in developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs.

• 5+ years of experience in creating data pipelines or ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load).

• 5+ years of experience with Unix/Windows, SQL, and designing and developing API-driven data pipelines.

• At least 5 years of experience using Tableau and Power BI.

• Over 5 years of experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization) is preferred.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is preferred.

• Understanding of project/program management concepts is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights is preferred.

• Must successfully complete the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

• Must comply with U.S. export control regulations and qualify as a “U.S. Person” under 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
