Senior Product Management Specialist – Commercial Modifications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to monitor program performance, encompassing schedule, cost, milestones, and resource utilization.

• Assist in the development and management of project tracking solutions utilizing Smartsheet.

• Gather, cleanse, and verify data from various sources.

• Aid in the creation of standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO applications.

• Examine trends and offer insights for program evaluations and leadership decision-making.

• Support maturity assessment initiatives, scorecard creation, and KPI monitoring.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements and reporting needs.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance data quality, streamline reporting processes, and increase automation.

• Construct and implement API pipelines.

• Facilitate Change Board Meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis and generating metrics reports.

• More than 5 years of experience in developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs.

• At least 5 years of experience in creating data pipelines or ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load).

• Over 5 years of experience with Unix / Windows, SQL, and designing and developing API-driven data pipelines.

• More than 5 years of experience with Tableau and Power BI.

• Preferred 5+ years of experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization).

• Familiarity with Smartsheet or comparable project management tools.

• Knowledge of project/program management principles.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Must pass the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

• Must comply with U.S. export control regulations and qualify as a “U.S. Person” under 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
