Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of product features from start to finish

• Develop scalable systems

• Create intuitive user interfaces

• Deliver solutions that provide significant value to users

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Data Science teams

• Develop features utilized by leading customers

• Work across the technology stack using Python/Django, React, and PostgreSQL

• Implement modern tools and adhere to best practices

• Address meaningful product challenges

• Launch products at scale

• Oversee features from architecture to deployment and subsequent monitoring

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and scaling user-facing applications

• Proficient in Python and Django for backend development

• Advanced expertise in React and TypeScript for frontend functionalities

• Strong skills in API design

• Experience working with JSON and PostgreSQL

• Capability to manage complete product features from architecture through to deployment and monitoring

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English

• Applications and CV must be submitted in English (mandatory)

• Located in Latin America

• Knowledge of CRM systems and/or Snowflake is a plus

• Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor

• Proactive and self-driven
