Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead projects from initial concept to final release in collaboration with Product Managers and Design teams as an Epic Anchor.

• Jointly define project scope and execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Thoughtfully write and review code, incorporating AI assistance where applicable.

• Operate effectively in a distributed, remote work environment.

• Participate in essential meetings typically scheduled between 8–11 am PT.

• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to grasp the rationale behind implementation choices.

• A collaborative approach to working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions and guide discussions towards definitive outcomes.

• Considerate application of AI to enhance productivity and understanding of users, the domain, and the codebase.

• Strong attention to quality and accuracy.

• Expertise in modern web technologies, ideally including Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Postgres.

• Experience in construction or fintech is an advantage.
