📋 Description

• Create refined digital product experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Convert user journeys, product specifications, and creative direction into flows, interfaces, and prototypes.

• Develop, enhance, and document design systems based on components, which include patterns, specifications, and reusable assets.

• Implement design systems across various templates and surfaces while pinpointing gaps and areas for enhancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize user needs, brand representation, technical viability, accessibility, and delivery constraints.

• Showcase work and explain design choices during internal and client presentations.

• Work alongside engineering teams to ensure the intended user experience is realized.

• For engagements at the Design Director level, oversee design quality throughout a workstream, mentor designers, and build trust with senior client partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing digital products, services, or intricate responsive web experiences.

• A portfolio that reflects strong visual craftsmanship along with solid UX and systems thinking.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, libraries, prototyping, and effective documentation practices.

• Experience in constructing or expanding practical design systems.

• Ability to work from foundational strategy, information architecture, or established creative direction.

• Comprehensive understanding of accessibility and the creation of inclusive, user-friendly experiences across devices.

• Capability to work autonomously, manage a defined workstream, and communicate proactively.

• Effective and constructive collaboration with designers, strategists, technologists, producers, and clients.

• Portfolio showcasing examples of product, platform, responsive web, or systems work.
