📋 Description

• Conceptualize and generate impactful ideas that resonate with target audiences.

• Create designs for clients and new business initiatives while adhering to brand guidelines and striving for design excellence.

• Develop innovative concepts that align with strategic client goals and maintain high agency standards from ideation through to final delivery.

• Present and advocate for art direction to both internal leadership and external clients, translating feedback into actionable creative tasks.

• Manage tight deadlines and fluctuating budgets while staying true to the original vision.

• Oversee multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously, even under pressure.

• Guide junior and mid-level creatives through constructive feedback and visual enhancement.

• Incorporate advanced AI tools throughout the creative process, including visual identities and video asset production.

• Utilize generative AI in client presentations and prototypes to create product visuals and campaign mockups.

• Investigate emerging AI trends and tools, lead discussions on ethical considerations, and establish best practices for AI use.

• Generate and craft narratives tailored to each social media platform.

• Clearly communicate concepts from storyboard to finished product.

• Design presentations, develop mockups, and perform light retouching to effectively convey creative ideas.

• Collaborate with a large creative team from the initial ideation phase through to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in art direction within a dynamic agency setting.

• A portfolio showcasing advanced creative thinking, intricate typography, and expert composition across both digital and traditional media.

• Proven experience in presenting to and engaging directly with clients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in the Adobe Design Suite, with fluency in both After Effects and Premiere.

• Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and the legal implications of AI-generated content in commercial contexts.
