β’ Facilitate strategic, overarching discussions.
β’ Spearhead briefs and presentations for pharmaceutical brands, acting as the copy expert for a brand across both HCP and DTC sectors.
β’ Cultivate robust client relationships through innovative collaboration and support.
β’ Showcase creative concepts and strategies to clients, working in partnership with cross-functional teams.
β’ Offer insights and expertise regarding brands, disease states, clinical trials and data, competitive products, pertinent media, and technology.
β’ Identify required skills and timelines necessary for executing a successful campaign.
β’ Generate assets that align with the established creative strategy.
β’ Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the copy team, which includes prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring project objectives are met.
β’ Collaborate with Creative Directors to inspire and guide the creative team while fostering cooperative relationships with internal stakeholders.
β’ Remain informed about industry, competitor, and cultural trends; integrate these insights into creative concepts and contribute to agency strategies.
β’ Lead a small team of copywriters and report directly to the Creative Director, Copy.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including at least 5 years in an agency setting and 3 years in a leadership role.
β’ Proven experience in leading brand planning for clients with budgets ranging from $3M to $8M.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
β’ Strong leadership qualities and effective team collaboration abilities.
β’ Exceptional presentation and client engagement skills.
β’ A portfolio of work is required for subsequent interview stages.
