
Senior Product Designer – Compute, Nebius Console

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take full ownership of the design process for Compute features in Nebius Console, encompassing discovery, problem framing, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Create clear and scalable workflows for intricate cloud infrastructure scenarios, including resource creation, configuration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Convert business objectives, technical limitations, and user requirements into coherent user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, UX Researchers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Investigate and validate design hypotheses through user insights, prototypes, product data, and feedback from both internal and external users.
• Present design solutions, trade-offs, and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Work collaboratively with engineers during implementation to ensure high-quality execution and consistency in design.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of the design system, enhancing consistency, usability, and quality across Nebius Console.
• Collaborate within a robust design team through reviews, critiques, shared patterns, and contributions to the design system.
• Over 6 years of experience as a Product Designer focusing on digital products.
• Strong product thinking capabilities with an approach to design that considers interconnected user scenarios, product objectives, and system constraints.
• Experience in designing complex B2B, SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or administrative products.
• Ability to balance usability, consistency, technical feasibility, and innovation within complex systems.
• Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and the capacity to work systematically and in an organized manner.
• High proficiency in Figma, including the design of complex flows, components, variants, and interactive prototypes.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and constructively with both product and engineering teams.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the country where they apply and will need to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
• Nice to have: Experience in designing cloud consoles, infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or other technically complex products.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud concepts such as virtual machines, compute resources, networking, storage, quotas, permissions, or monitoring.
• Nice to have: Experience with UX research, usability testing, customer interviews, or feedback analysis.
• Nice to have: Ability to communicate effectively with engineers using basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology.
