Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead intricate product initiatives from initial discovery stages to high-fidelity execution across various platforms.

• Convert substantial industrial data, enterprise logic, and complex business rules into straightforward, clear, and impactful user experiences.

• Adjust design processes flexibly based on project limitations, striking a balance between thorough validation when feasible and rapid, practical iteration when necessary.

• Effectively communicate and justify design trade-offs, rationale, and strategic selections to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint user friction, derive insights, and assess the success of product launches.

• Uphold an exceptionally high standard for UI quality, micro-interactions, layout, and visual refinement across all interaction points.

• Intentionally incorporate modern AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance research, iteration, prototyping, and scaling of design outputs efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer managing complex multi-platform products, preferably in B2B SaaS, ERP, or data-rich environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Design, Engineering, or non-traditional/career transition backgrounds are highly encouraged).

• Capability to harmonize ideal design practices with practical business realities and execution speed.

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, impressive visual UI refinement, and tangible impact on complex systems (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
