Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Develop seamless and intuitive experiences throughout the patient journey, including onboarding, provider matching, appointment scheduling, billing, and telehealth sessions.

• Design solutions that reduce friction and enhance patient engagement with mental health services.

• Facilitate a unified and elegant experience by accommodating various payment and coverage scenarios.

• Demonstrate the ability to create multiple problem-focused solutions for diverse requests.

• Build and sustain scalable design systems that guarantee consistency and quality.

• Strike a balance between speed and craftsmanship, delivering polished work promptly without compromising user experience.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to support and validate design choices.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity implementation of designs.

• Integrate AI tools into the design process to enable quicker iterations and explorations.

• Identify opportunities for AI to enhance patient matching, personalization, and the overall experience.

• Assume full responsibility for design outcomes, balancing user needs with business objectives.

• Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities confidently and communicate clearly.

• Present design work to leadership, providing strong rationale and ensuring strategic alignment.

• Cultivate collaborative relationships across various disciplines while articulating solutions for optimal design direction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a startup mentality: self-sufficient, adaptable, and skilled at finding solutions amidst ambiguity.

• Have over 5 years of product design experience with a portfolio that highlights consumer digital products.

• Exhibit a deep understanding of conversion funnels, payment experiences, and user psychology.

• Maintain a track record of delivering polished designs in fast-paced, resource-limited environments.

• Be proficient with modern design tools (such as Figma, FullStory, etc.) and open to experimenting with AI-assisted workflows.

• Be a strong communicator who excels in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries is a plus.
