Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital products.

• Convert intricate business and user needs into impactful design solutions.

• Manage the entire product design process from start to finish.

• Work in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and customers.

• Provide high-quality experiences shaped by research, user insights, and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally with complex B2B or SaaS platforms.

• A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, UX problem-solving, design rationale, and measurable results.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including high-fidelity interface design, interactive prototyping, and design system elements.

• Proven expertise in responsive web design, interaction design, visual design, and principles of user-centered design.

• Experience in developing, implementing, and sustaining scalable design systems.

• Skilled in user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design methodologies.

• Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design strategies.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI-assisted tools in design workflows, covering research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, or content creation.

• Capability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide design choices.

• Strong visual design abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to present and articulate design recommendations.

• Proven track record of leading complex design projects, working independently, and navigating ambiguity.

• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
