Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive product design for SuppCo's mobile and web platforms.

• Analyze challenges, establish information architecture and workflows, design interactions, and produce production-ready user interfaces.

• Oversee and enhance the design system, encompassing components, patterns, tokens, and their documentation.

• Empower AI-augmented engineers to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

• Improve onboarding, activation, and re-engagement processes.

• Create designs for membership, commerce, product discovery, merchandising, and transactional interactions.

• Integrate SuppCo and Function Health products into a seamless user experience.

• Enhance stack management, scheduling, adherence, and AI-driven discovery through SuppIQ.

• Articulate design rationale, options, trade-offs, and anticipated outcomes to founders, executives, and stakeholders.

• Utilize research, user feedback, and product analytics to define and evaluate success.

• Design conversational and agentic AI-native experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product design experience.

• Proven history of launching consumer mobile products that engage users.

• A portfolio showcasing exceptional expertise in typography, layout, motion, and attention to detail.

• Experience with design systems, including evidence of successful adoption.

• Proficient in systems thinking related to workflows, information architecture, and comprehensive user journeys.

• Ability to clearly and persuasively present design rationale, trade-offs, and results.

• Experience in commerce, subscription, or transactional product design.

• Fluency in AI and familiarity with AI tools.

• Self-sufficient and adept at conducting research while navigating ambiguity and organizational shifts.
