Product Analyst – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Propel SCRI’s digital strategy by converting business requirements into effective technology solutions.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to outline requirements and oversee initiatives from problem identification to pilot execution.

• Discover AI and automation opportunities and create, test, and refine prototypes and solutions.

• Convert business needs into user stories, workflows, and specifications.

• Assist with backlog refinement, release planning, and user acceptance testing.

• Ensure that solutions comply with data, integration, 21 CFR Part 11, and responsible AI standards.

• Aid in change management, documentation, user adoption, and development of reusable digital/AI solutions.

• Work alongside leaders, product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

• Quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions based on user and system feedback.

• Report progress, ROI, and outcomes to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product or business analysis within digital transformation settings.

• Background in supporting healthcare or life sciences technology/product initiatives.

• Proven track record in fostering technology adoption and spotting high-value AI or automation opportunities.

• Practical experience in developing or piloting low/no-code, AI-enabled, or other proof-of-concept solutions.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in communicating progress, ROI, and outcomes to leadership.

• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, data governance, interoperability, and regulatory requirements in clinical research.

• Knowledge of AI agents, automation tools, APIs, coding concepts, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

• Experience with research technologies such as Veeva, Medidata, or Oracle.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Jira, Confluence, Planview, or Smartsheet.

• Capability to create and evaluate AI-enabled or low/no-code proofs of concept and assess business value and ROI.
