This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee comprehensive procurement processes for designated suppliers and categories.
• Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from forecasting to purchase orders, delivery, and inventory results.
• Ensure purchasing aligns with forecasts and operational requirements.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Adjust order statuses to meet operational demands.
• Maintain supplier master data, which includes contacts, lead times, certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Foster supplier relationships while enhancing cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate basic terms such as price, minimum order quantity, lead times, and order multiples.
• Assist in supplier onboarding and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Address supply chain issues like delays, shortages, and incorrect shipments.
• Coordinate shipping and customs clearance with logistics partners.
• Help with invoice verification and resolving discrepancies.
• Facilitate procurement throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Manage changes to the bill of materials, engineering updates, and transitions.
• Reduce disruptions and excess inventory through systematic change management.
• Collaborate across planning, production, logistics, and engineering departments.
• Escalate risks while providing clear recommendations.
• Propel improvements in procurement processes and governance.
• Implement inventory control principles and ensure the integrity of the ERP system along with accurate supplier data.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as purchase order cycle time, supplier on-time delivery, inventory turnover optimization, and price compliance.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in end-to-end procurement within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in ERP systems, including MRP, purchase order management, inventory control, and supplier data handling.
• Experience in supporting forecasting, cost management, and operational planning.
• Strong capabilities in problem-solving and risk management.
• Familiarity with procurement governance frameworks and bill of materials structures.
• Ability to comprehend and manage the complete product lifecycle.
• Commercial awareness and basic negotiation skills.
• Preferred experience in a vertically integrated design-to-manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing international suppliers and coordinating logistics is a plus.
• CIPS Level ¾, ACIPS / ASCM or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
